The Harvey Weinstein controversy continues to poor in. This time, its actress Julia Stile taking the stand, reporting to the media that she felt «slimy» due to a scene where Weinstein forced her to dance on a pool table.

It's a sensitive topic to discuss, but it's also important to remind people of Harvey Weinstein's disgusting actions during his reign as a movie mogul.
As a brief reminder to those who are unfamiliar with the allegations towards Harvey, here are some important details:
A few years ago, eight women described varying behavior by Mr. Weinstein: appearing nearly or fully exposed in front of them, requiring them to be present while he bathed or repeatedly asking for a massage or initiating one himself.
Here's the catchhe was mainly predatory towards a specific group.
The women, typically in their early or middle 20s and hoping to get a toehold in the film industry, said he could switch course quickly - meetings and clipboards one moment, intimate comments the next.
Harvey was perverted, unpredictable, and predatory.

Julia Stiles calls out Weinstein

Now that we've provided some insight into Harvey, let's hear what Julia has to say
During the filming of Weinstein's hit movie «10 things I hate about you», Stiles recalls Weinstein forcing her on a pool table to do a dance, and incident she felt rather uncomfortable.
According to toofab, Stiles first made her comments about the film, which was hoping to capitalize on its young stars recent successes -- 10 Things I Hate About You for Stiles and She's All That for Prinze.
"It was a time when teen rom-coms were really popular," Stiles said on the Films to Be Buried With podcast. She said that first-time director Kris Isacsson, who also wrote the film, "was a very, very intelligent, capable guy. The script was very good. And then Harvey Weinstein got his hands on it."
"It was just dumb. 'Let's get her on a pool table and have her [dance].' It wasn't even imaginative. I felt so slimy doing it the whole time. I don't know if it made it into the film but It was annoying. Because I was like, 'Well, this is so cheap, and it's not adding to the story.'"

Truly, this is just another classic example of how Weinstein took advantage of his power, forcing young women to do whatever he wanted for his own viewing pleasure.
Thankfully, women like Stiles who are brave enough to speak out will ultimately allow Weinstein to get what's coming for him.
