The world of Harry Potter suffers a tragic loss
The British actor Simon Fisher-Becker, known for his roles in Harry Potter and Doctor Who, tragically leaves us at 63 years of age. His partner, Tony Dugdale, shared the official announcement with us on instagram.
According to sources, Simon passed away last Sunday, but withheld from revealing further details of his death.
«Hello everyone. This is Tony, Simon's husband.
I have some very sad news. At 2:50 this afternoon, Simon passed away.
I'll keep this account open for a while. I don't know if I'll post again. Thank you.. »
His agent, Kim Barry, also confirmed the news.
His career launched back in the 90's, starring in a few British TV series, such as One Foot in The Grave.
But his big break came during the first Harry Potter film, where he played the big monk, which ultimitely launched his career.

On top of that, he played some massive voice acting roles, with his most notable one being Arthur Morstan in the adaption of Sherlock Holmes.
Even in his secondary roles, he captivated the audience with his with outstanding performances, giving depth to those smaller roles.
