Waitress bursted into tears after serving Connor McDavid and discovering his bill

This week, Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid, did something truly heartwarming towards his young waitress named Lily.
McDavid entered the restaurant with a few of his friends, and his server did the best she could to remain calm, despite having recognized the superstar hockey player, as reported by Autulu.
While it was a total dream come true for her, she kept her cool, maintaining professionalism thorough the service.
During dinner, Connor and his buddies were extremely polite, calmly enjoying their meal.
After Dinner, McDavid payed, but left a tip far exceeding her expectations.
In shock, Lily thanked them. Including a tip worth hundreds of dollars, Connor McDavid left her a note on the back of the receipt.
Moments later, emotion got the best of her as she bursted in tears of joy.

A message that truly touched young Lily.
In fact, Lily had been working two jobs for months, scraping by to make ends meet.
