Shia LaBeouf set to make dramatic comeback to the big screen
Shia LaBeouf has always been one of the biggest actors in showbiz. He's starred in numerous hit movies such as Holes, Eagle Eye, and Fury. While the superstar actor has blessed our screen for decades, he's also gone through his fair share of demons and controversy. According to People Magazine, Back in 2020, the actor's ex-girlfriend, singer-songwriter FKA Twigs, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing him of «relentless» se*ual, physical and emotional abuse. Due to these allegations, Shia has taken and indefinite leave of absence of Hollywood -- but a return is on the horizon!
Well folks, Shia LaBeouf is gearing up for a comeback for the ages. While he's lost a huge chunk of his fanbase due to his behaviour against his ex-girlfriend, it appears that he's doing everything in his power to reclaim his life, and his career.
Shia LaBeouf to star in Salvable
According to sources, Shia LaBeouf will be starring in a new boxing movie called Salvable, a movie which interestingly correlates to his life trauma and struggles.
You can watch the official trailer in the link provided below:
On Wednesday, March 26, Lionsgate released the trailer for its upcoming boxing film Salvable, which stars Toby Kebbell (Servent) as a struggling boxer in Ireland named Sal, who risks falling back in with LaBeouf's character Vince, seemingly a former convict intent on bringing Sal back into a criminal lifestyle.
"When a battered boxer past his prime finds his dreams and his relationships on the ropes, he falls back in with a dangerous crowd and has to take the biggest swing of his life to reclaim his hope and his family," the synopsis reads.
The movie looks incredible!
From what I can tell the movie should be an emotional rollercoaster with some edgy performances and dark, gripping moments.
Regardless, I'm so glad to see Shia back doing what he loves, and it should be a comeback for the ages.
Everyone makes mistakes in this life, and Shia is putting in the work to rectify his wrongdoings.
