Well, it's a sad day for baby boomers, to say the least. Jack Lilley, one of the stars of the hit show "Little House on the Praire" has tragically passed away.

While many of us might not be familiar with Jack Lilley, your parents sure will be. Jack Lilley, a renowned stunt performer and actor who worked on a plethora of iconic films and TV shows, including Little House on the Prairie,' Blazing Saddles, and Bonanza has passed away at the age of 91 -- a legendary run.
Much like Clint Eastwood, Lilley made his name in showbiz by portraying a rough around the edges cowboy who always seemingly did the right thing.
According to sources, Lilley had been dealing with Alzheimers disease for quite some time - a neurodegenerative disease that usually starts slowly and progressively worsens. It is the cause of 60-70% of cases of dementia -- a terrible illness that has caused hardships in many families.

Lilley's storied career spanned over five decades, during which he worked with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, including Clint Eastwood, Michael Landon, and Mel Brooks -- some pretty impressive cats,
One of Lilley's most memorable roles was as a stunt performer and actor on the beloved NBC drama 'Little House on the Prairie,' where he worked on every season of the show.
As much as i'd like to say i've had the pleasure of following Lilley's career, it's only his death that has shed light on his impressive talent.
I know that i'll be watching a few of his movies to really bring myself up to speed on this incredible human
Regardless, the is a massive loss of the movie industry as a whole, and I think i speak for everyone when I say h'ell be truly missed.
Lilley is survived by his sons, Clay, Clint, and Ben; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was 91 years old.
RIP, legend.
