Imogen Nunn, 25, from Brighton, England, had amassed almost 780,000 TikTok followers from posting video's of her daily struggle as a deaf person, also highlighting the daily struggles of someone dealing with mental health issues.

According to People, Sutherland stated that professional services that were supposed to help «failed» Imogen, known by loved ones as «Immy,» with the inquest hearing that she had contacted her support worker at the deaf adult community team (DACT) at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust about her suicidal thoughts on November 23, 2022.
«We believe Immy's death was avoidable, and had appropriate actions been taken in response to the numerous times Immy contacted professionals she trusted asking for help, she would still be alive today,» Sutherland said, according to the BBC.
Mental illness can be such a difficult topic to understand, and we urge everyone who's struggling to reach out for some help. It's never worth it to take things to the extreme.
